About What’s the Problem
Practical experience. A problem-first approach.
What’s the Problem is a Sydney-based handyman and property maintenance business built around practical thinking, honest communication and work done properly.
Looking a little deeper
More than the obvious repair
A repair can be straightforward once you know what’s causing the problem. The harder part can be working out what’s actually going on.
WTP draws on hands-on experience in maintenance and repairs, along with years spent assessing and scoping work, identifying defects, reviewing workmanship and coordinating contractors. That has also meant following jobs through from the initial issue to the work being completed.
So when something needs a closer look, we’re comfortable looking beyond the obvious. We assess what’s going on, work out what’s needed and make sure the right solution is carried through properly.
years of practical experience behind WTP
Experience that carries through
A broad practical background
That background spans property repairs, renovations, maintenance and occupied building environments.
Over that time, the work has included hands-on repairs and maintenance, renovation and refurbishment, urgent Make Safe work, accessibility modifications, defect and workmanship inspections, repair scoping, contractor coordination and managing jobs through to completion.
Along the way, that’s meant working with homeowners, tenants, trades, contractors and property teams. Some people know exactly what they’re looking at. Others just need someone to explain what’s going on and help them understand the way forward.
Through all of it, the principle has stayed pretty simple: understand what’s needed, communicate clearly and follow things through properly.
